Do you work remotely with clients in other countries?

Yes. Most of our clients are based in the US, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Japan. All deliverables such as concept designs, 3D renders and technical drawings are provided digitally. We coordinate through email, Zoom, Slack or Teams depending on your preference.

How long does a project typically take?

Most projects are delivered within 3 working days. If you need faster delivery, a rush option is available for an additional fee.

How many revisions are included?

Revisions are included during the concept stage to define the direction clearly. Once we move to the final renders, you can request up to 2 sets of revisions. Additional revisions can be added if needed, depending on the scope.

What do I need to provide to start?

I need the project brief, the space dimensions and the event or venue floor plan. If available, you can also include brand guidelines, logos or visual references.

Can you update an existing booth design instead of starting from scratch?

Yes. We can refresh an existing design, adapt it to a new size, redesign graphics or adjust the layout based on your contractor’s fabrication requirements.

Do you offer rush projects?

Yes, depending on availability. Some projects can be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Feel free to contact us to check current scheduling.

How do payments work?

Projects are billed individually. A 50 percent deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is paid upon completion and delivery of the final files.
