We wanted the pavilion to feel open, simple, and easy to approach. The goal was to create a shared space where multiple companies could present themselves clearly while still feeling part of one cohesive Finnish presence.

Designed as a 6m x 6m shared pavilion, this concept focused on creating a flexible and open environment where multiple Finnish companies could present their services under a unified national identity. The stand combines large architectural branding elements, open meeting areas, integrated hospitality, and individual sponsor visibility while keeping the layout simple and easy to navigate from every side.

Creative challenges
The main challenge was balancing the visibility of multiple participating companies while maintaining a clean and cohesive pavilion identity. The layout needed to feel open and approachable for networking, while still giving each brand enough presence within a relatively compact footprint.

Design Approach
The design uses a strong blue and white palette inspired by Finland’s visual identity, combined with simple architectural volumes and an elevated hanging banner visible across the venue. Open hospitality seating and shared meeting areas encourage casual interaction, while dedicated branding zones allow participating companies to be integrated naturally throughout the space without overwhelming the overall design.
