Even with several large product displays, the goal was to keep the booth feeling open, calm, and easy to walk through.

Designed for IPPE 2026, this booth concept for HatchTech focused on creating a space that felt open, approachable, and easy to navigate despite the scale of the product displays. The stand combined large branded graphics, integrated product showcases, hospitality areas, and private meeting rooms within a simple architectural layout. Warm wood finishes, soft lighting, and natural elements were used throughout the booth to balance the technical side of the products with a more welcoming atmosphere for visitors.

Creative Challenges
One of the main challenges was finding a way to showcase several large product displays without making the booth feel closed off or visually heavy. The layout also needed comfortable meeting spaces near the front of the stand while keeping clear visibility toward the main product areas behind them. The final design carefully balanced openness, circulation, and hospitality so visitors could naturally move through the booth without losing sight of the products.

Design Approach
The booth was organized into different zones that allowed each product area to stand out while still feeling connected as part of the same experience. Large graphic walls were balanced with open seating areas, suspended branding, softer materials, and greenery to keep the space visually light. Meeting rooms and hospitality spaces were integrated into the layout in a way that supported conversations without interrupting the openness of the stand.
