For Asembia 2025, I worked with Gielissen on the design of a branded meeting room for Shields Health Solutions at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. The space was planned as a comfortable hospitality environment where guests could meet, work, relax, and have conversations throughout the event.

Creative challenges
The goal was to make the room feel branded and polished without turning it into a traditional trade show booth. The design needed to support different uses at the same time: casual meetings, lounge conversations, small work areas, and presentation moments. To do this, the room was organized with a central lounge, perimeter seating, work desks, branded portals, soft rugs, and greenery.

Design Approach
The design used Shields Health Solutions’ blue and white palette in a clean, calm way, supported by gray flooring, soft furniture, dark drapery, and natural plants. The large branded portals helped create strong visual anchors, while the lounge areas made the room feel warmer and more approachable.
