This project was developed for Travel + Leisure’s presence at WBENC 2025 in New Orleans. The objective was to translate the brand’s editorial, lifestyle-oriented identity into a premium 20’×20’ environment that feels warm, approachable and highly experiential. The booth combines hospitality elements, digital storytelling and a modular layout designed for smooth visitor flow. The final design provides a strong brand presence while remaining functional for meetings, content display and attendee engagement.

Creative challenges

The main challenge was creating a recognizable Travel + Leisure aesthetic inside a compact footprint without overwhelming the layout. The brand requires a balance of sophistication, leisure cues and editorial clarity. Additionally, the booth needed to incorporate a VIP Lounge, Destination Discovery zone, Culture Café area, and large digital displays, all while keeping the space open, accessible and premium.

We approached this by developing a unified architectural frame, clean material transitions and lush green surfaces that anchor the visual identity while keeping the booth open and inviting for visitors.

User experience focus

The layout supports fast recognition of the brand and easy navigation between key engagement zones. The central hospitality area encourages longer conversations, while the tall digital totems attract traffic from the aisles. The open-front configuration enhances visibility and reduces barriers to entry during high-traffic moments at WBENC.

From an operational standpoint, the space is modular, easy to assemble and optimized for repeated shows. Maintaining consistency while reducing setup complexity for the client’s event teams.
